Indian Masala Chai Tea

Indian Masala Chai Tea

This Masala Chai Tea recipe will make you four splendid cups of tea

Ingredients:

2 cups of water

2 cups of milk (whole milk or any milk of your choice)

1 teaspoon of Big Bang Spices Masala Chai Tea Spice

2 teaspoons of black tea leaves (or 2 tea bags)

2-4 teaspoons of sugar (adjust to taste)

Instructions:

Boil Water and Milk: In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of water and 2 cups of milk. Place the saucepan over medium-high heat and bring the mixture to a boil.

Add Chai Spice: Once the mixture comes to a boil, add 2 teaspoons of Big Bang Spices Masala Chai Tea Spice. Stir well.

Add Tea Leaves: Add 2 teaspoons of black tea leaves (or 2 tea bags) to the boiling mixture. Allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes. You can adjust the simmering time depending on how strong you like your tea. Longer simmering time results in a stronger tea.

Sweeten: Add 2-4 teaspoons of sugar to the tea, adjusting the amount to your taste. You can use more or less sugar based on your preference. Stir well to dissolve the sugar.

Strain and Serve: Once the tea has simmered and infused with the spices and tea leaves, turn off the heat. Use a fine mesh strainer to strain the tea into cups.

Serve: Serve your delicious homemade masala tea hot and enjoy! You can serve it as is or with some biscuits or snacks.

Remember that the sugar and the amount of spice can be adjusted to suit your personal taste. Enjoy your homemade masala chai!
