Spicy Scrambled Masala Eggs: A YummyTwist to Your Breakfast! 🌶️🍳

Ingredients:

  • 🥚 4 eggs
  • 🧅 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 🌶️ 1 green or red chili, finely chopped (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 🌱 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 🌟 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 🥄 1 tablespoon oil or ghee
  • 🧂 Salt, to taste
  • 🌿 Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Finely chop the onion, tomato, and green chili. 🧅🍅🌶️
    • Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whisk them well. 🥚🧂
  2. Cook the Onion:

    • Heat the oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat. 🥄
    • Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds until they release their aroma. 🌱
    • Add the chopped onion and green chili. Sauté until the onions turn translucent and start to brown slightly. 🧅
  3. Add Spices:

    • Add the turmeric powder and red chili powder to the pan. Stir well and cook for a few seconds to combine the spices with the onions. 🟡🌶️
  4. Add Tomato:
