Easy Chicken (or Paneer) Jalfrezi
Serves 2β3 | Ready in 30 mins β±οΈ
Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil π’οΈ
1 onion, sliced π§
1 bell pepper, sliced π«
2 garlic cloves, minced π§
300g chicken breast or paneer, cubed ππ§
2β3 tsp BIG BANG! Jalfrezi Spice Blend πΆοΈβ¨
2 tbsp tomato purΓ©e π
200g chopped tomatoes (Β½ tin) π₯«
Salt to taste π§
Optional: fresh coriander & lemon juice to serve πΏπ

Instructions:
1. SautΓ© the base:
Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced onion and cook until soft (about 5 mins). Add garlic and peppers, and cook for another 3 mins.
2. Spice it up:
Stir in 2β3 tsp of your Jalfrezi Spice Blend πΆοΈ and cook for 1 min until fragrant.
3. Add your protein:
Add chicken or paneer and stir to coat. Cook for 5β7 mins until sealed and golden.
4. Make it saucy:
Add tomato purΓ©e and chopped tomatoes. Simmer for 10β15 mins until thickened and cooked through.
5. Serve & enjoy:
Garnish with fresh coriander
