Garam Masala Spiced Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, garam masala, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers.
- Grill or pan-fry the chicken until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Serve with a side of naan or rice.
