Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp Vindaloo spice blend
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Vindaloo spice blend, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the shrimp.
- Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
- Serve with rice or as a filling for tacos.
