Recipe using our 'Chicken Seasoning'
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Big Bang Spices Chicken Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh herbs like parsley or thyme for garnish
Instructions:

Preheat your oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Sprinkle both sides of each chicken breast with the Big Bang Spices Chicken Seasoning, making sure to coat them evenly. You can adjust the amount of seasoning based on your taste preferences.

Heat the olive oil: In an oven-safe skillet or frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Sear the chicken: Once the oil is hot, carefully add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet. Sear each side for about 2-3 minutes or until they develop a golden-brown crust.

Transfer to the oven: Once both sides are nicely seared, transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.

Bake: Bake the chicken in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your chicken breasts.

Rest and serve: Once the chicken is cooked through, remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in juicier chicken. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot.
