We accept unopened spice blends, quibble free. Your happiness is our happiness. Just email us at BigBangHelp@gmail.com and we will process your refund. 

Unfortunately if your spice blend has been opened we cannot accept a return or refund for you. The reason for this is to avoid contamination in line with our strict infection control procedure's.  Our customers are normally happy with this, largely because this measure has been put in place to protect our lovely customers.  

Free shipping on orders over £25

Shipping can be a mystery. Not here, we ship via Evri, though if you want us to use Royal Mail or others just let us know at checkout/or email us via hello@bigbangspices.co.uk.

Our costs for postage and packaging are £1.99 for orders below £24.99.

For orders of £25 and above, delivery is completely free :)
