Try this fast, easy pan seared chicken recipe to go with the BIG Chicken seasoing

All you really need for this recipe is chicken breast, spices, and butter/olive oil.
  1. Tenderize (cover with plastic or grease proof paper) the chicken breast and pound with a rolling pin. 
  2. Season the chicken with BIG BANG! Chicken seasoning
  3. Heat 1/2 – 1 tablespoon of butter/olive oil in a saucepan over medium/high heat. Once the butter/oil is hot, sear chicken breast for 2-3 minutes or until browned. 
  4. Flip the chicken breast over, add a little more oil/butter, turn the heat down to medium, and cover. Cook for about 6 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165ºF/73c.
  5. Once you’ve reached 165ºF/73c, immediately remove the chicken from the pan and let rest for 5-10 minutes
  6. Lastly, serve with pasta, soup, tacos or with veggies.
